"Most in poll want creationism taught"

With the far east creating and manufacturing more and more of the world's technology and with news like this:

"In all, 64 percent said they were open to the idea of teaching creationism in addition to evolution"

it seems that the US is falling behind in science. How long can the US remain as the world's largest economy?

Add to that the quite staggering public debt, the cost of the War for Oil and the latest disaster and it looks bad - If I had any dollar investments, I'd be getting rid of them.
